The author draws on long personal experience. The work aims to present the wider pedagogical community and also the general public one of ways to show children the cultural heritage of our country, teach them to value their own nation and form their own cultural identity.

Didactic walks to explore the city Benesov and its surroundings

The aim of the diploma thesis Didactic walks to explore the city Benešov and its surroundings is to create a set of materials for teaching the 4th and 5th grade students about the region and its surroundings within the educational area Man and His World. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the inclusion of the topic in the Framework Educational Programme, as well as theoretical bases of thesis - memory, cultural heritage, object learning and didactic walks as a form of teaching used in the practical part. It also deals with the city of Benešov in terms of natural, economic conditions and most of all cultural and historical development. The practical part deals with the design of three local history walks around the town of Benešov and its surroundings on selected topics. The aim of the walks is primarily to connect the curriculum with the history of the city and to guide pupils to build a relationship to their city and its monuments. Parts of the walks are activities before and after and also the go through the selected places with proposed tasks and worksheets. Cooperation berween selected secondary schools and memory institutions

The diploma thesis deals with the theme of the cooperation of selected secondary schools with memory institutions. In its theoretical part it defines memory institutions and sets them into legislative, historical and didactic context, as well as it concerns with organisational forms of teaching with the focus on the excursion, and teaching methods and methods used in programmes of memory institutions. The practical part familiarises with the research made by a questionnaire survey in selected secondary schools in Prague providing "maturita" graduation and with its results. The aim of this research was to realize if and how the cooperation with memory institutions is used at schools and how teachers and students perceive its benefit. The survey was accomplished in ten Prague schools. The sample was both in terms of quantity and course of study unrepresentative, but we can consider the research as beneficial. Almost half of participating teachers use the cooperation with memory institutions during lessons. Those, who not, often see the benefit of the cooperation for other courses than for their own courses. Analysis of tourism in the town Telč

The bachelor's thesis deals with tourism in the town Telč. The main aim of this work is based on analysis and complex evaluation of development of tourist industry in the town Telč. Next the work deals with analysis of assumptions of development of tourist industry in town Telč, evaluation of existing development of tourist industry and last but not least define needs of enterpreneurs and users of tourist industry. Introductory chapters deals with general definition of tourist industry. The work deals with definition and description of the most important cultural sights or cultural and sporting events which is take place in Telč. Survey contained in the bachelor's thesis deals not only with defining of needs in area of tourist industry from the point of view of enterpreneurs who conduct their bussines in area of accomodation, eating and restaurant services but also from the point of view of tourists who decide to visit Telč.

Socioeconomic analysis of Litomyšl with emphasis on the cultural sights

The thesis is focused on Socioeconomic analysis of Litomyšl with emphasis on the role of cultural sights in the further development of this city. The aim of this work is the preparation socioeconomic profile of Litomyšl and determines the role of cultural sights. The analysis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of key factors influencing the development of the city (population development, population structure, economy of the city, the level of infrastructure, environment, tourism, cultural sights) Litomyšl and find possible links between cultural sights and further development of this city. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first one includes the socioeconomic analysis and the second part is aimed at exploring cultural sights of Litomyšl with an emphasis on sights registered on the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage. The analysis is based on data obtained in the literature and internet sources. They also used information taken from the subjects that manage these cultural sights.

The importance of state castle Křivoklát presence for tourism on microregional level

The main aim of this diploma thesis was to assess an influence of position of the castle Křivoklát for tourism in a region. At first the work assessed the castle in the system of the other sights in the region. Then there were discovered the movements of visitors with their main destinations in the region. Last the work analyzed the cooperation of the castle with the institutions in tourism.
